FSSA and DFR Learning Management System (LMS)

The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration is soliciting proposals for a fully functional learning management system (LMS) to support the Privacy & Security Office and the Division of Family Resources. The LMS will manage agency-specific training courses, user access, notifications, content delivery, tracking and reporting, course management, scheduling, assessments, and technical support, with compliance to state IOT standards. The contract term is three years, beginning January 1, 2026, with phased fiscal year coverage.
