The Navajo Nation Department of Child Support Services is requesting proposals for a one-time purchase and installation of various IT equipment across multiple locations, including Chinle, Window Rock, Ft. Defiance, and Tuba City. The procurement includes desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, webcams, UPS units, AV equipment, display adapters, Adobe Pro licenses, EMSISOFT antivirus, and printer managed services. The vendor will also provide setup and installation services for computers and printers, along with a two-year printer maintenance plan. Preference will be given to Navajo-owned businesses per the Navajo Business Opportunity Act.
