Video Teleconferencing Equipment & Services

The State of New Jersey, through its Division of Purchase and Property, is seeking proposals for the provision of video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment and services under cooperative purchasing agreements. This includes a broad scope of VTC-related hardware, wire and cable systems, videophone devices, and audiovisual equipment to support state-wide technology and communication needs. The contract will run from September 2025 through September 2028.
