IBM Z14 ZR1 Mainframe Support 24x7x4

The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is requesting bids for 24x7x4 support services on its IBM Z14 ZR1 Mainframe hardware. The contract is restricted to Small Business Reserve (SBR) Master Contractors under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012 contract (060B2490022). Support services will be billed annually over the contract term, with renewals on each anniversary of the initial invoice.
