NWS WFO Camera System Replacement (Updated)

NOAA’s National Weather Service is soliciting quotes for the replacement of camera systems at multiple Weather Forecast Offices (WFOs). The work includes removal of old equipment, installation of TAA-compliant and Blue Iris–compatible security cameras, POE devices, and network integration, with compliance to NDAA Section 889 and the Secure Equipment Act. Preference will be given to proven, reliable brands with ongoing manufacturer cybersecurity updates. Vendors must be SBA-certified HUBZone entities, provide insurance documentation, key personnel lists, and ensure NOAA-specific training requirements for on-site staff.
