Customer Program Tracking and Management Platform (Extended)

The City of Palo Alto Utilities seeks a comprehensive software platform to manage customer program tracking and program performance for energy and water savings, greenhouse gas reduction, and customer engagement aligned with its Sustainability and Climate Action Plan. The platform will include CRM, rebate and project tracking, reporting, and integrate with systems such as SAP and AMI/MDMS. The selected vendor will receive a three-year contract with potential extensions.
