Repair & Maintenance of State-Owned Printers and Scanners

The State of Maine is seeking qualified HP and/or Canon authorized service providers to deliver warranty and post-warranty repair, maintenance, and support for approximately 850 State-owned printers and scanners. Covered devices include laser and inkjet printers, large format printers, plotters, multi-function printers, and scanners deployed statewide. Services include on-site repairs, preventive maintenance, warranty processing, next-business-day response, and comprehensive service reporting via the State’s ITSM tool (IFS Assyst). The resulting multi-award contract will cover geographic regions of Maine and may be used by other public entities in the state.
