Victims of Crime (VOC) Claim Management Software

The Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Child and Family Services, is requesting proposals for a Victims of Crime Claim Management Software system. The solution must meet the requirements outlined in the Scope of Work, supporting claim intake, processing, tracking, reporting, and victim notification services. The system should integrate with existing infrastructure, comply with applicable confidentiality and security requirements, and include cloud capability as detailed in the provided Cloud Checklist. The resulting contract is anticipated to run from December 9, 2025, through December 31, 2029.
