Summary

The NATO Communications and Information Agency plans to release an RFQ for a state-of-the-art cyber threat intelligence analysis platform and related implementation services. The platform must receive and process commercial and internal threat feeds, perform advanced analysis, and integrate with existing cybersecurity systems to enable timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence. U.S. firms wishing to participate must be approved for NATO International Competitive Bidding (ICB), obtain a Department of Commerce-issued Declaration of Eligibility (DOE), and have personnel with appropriate security clearances. The competition will be conducted as a BOA+ Lowest Priced Technically Compliant procurement, with RFQ release planned for October 2025 and award expected in March 2026.
