Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software for the Office of Property Assessment (Extended)

The City of Philadelphia’s Office of Property Assessment is seeking information from vendors regarding commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or developer CRM software solutions as part of a modernization initiative. The RFI requests details on configurable/modifiable products, interoperability, scalability, and implementation services. The City intends to procure CRM software to improve administrative and business processes but will not award a contract from this RFI alone. Vendor discussions and demonstrations may follow based on responses.
