Summary

The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR), supported by the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program and in partnership with Northwest Open Access Network (NoaNet), is soliciting quotes for wireless network materials, equipment, and electronics. The project includes construction of five new microwave towers, installation of up to 16 wireless sites on dedicated poles, and integration with a fiber optic/microwave backhaul network to expand Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) coverage across the reservation. The scope also covers cabinet installation, fiber placement and connection, power activation, and deployment of equipment to ensure sites are operational and ready for commissioning.
