Access Control System Door Locks

The U.S. Army at Joint Base San Antonio (Ft. Sam Houston) is seeking a contractor to replace and install interior and exterior access control locks while maintaining integration with the existing Best WiQ Access Management Software. The work includes removal of old locksets, procurement and installation of new locksets, activation, and system integration to ensure secure building entry and internal room access. The upgraded system must provide audit trail capabilities and remain fully interoperable with the existing wireless access control infrastructure.
