Drug and Alcohol Compliance Software

MARTA is soliciting proposals for a cloud-based drug and alcohol compliance software system to manage its compliance program in alignment with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements. The software must track compliance testing (pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and random selection), generate statistical and annual MIS reports, automate notifications with labs and medical review officers, and store employee training records. The solution should also improve efficiencies in document management and compliance program workflows for MARTA’s Human Resources Department.
