Summary

The Iowa Department of Management, Division of IT, is soliciting proposals on behalf of Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) for the development of a combined and automated Disaster Case Advocacy and Individual Assistance Grant Program system. The goal is to replace manual processes with an integrated IT solution that manages case tracking, grant distribution, and program administration more efficiently. The resulting system will support long-term disaster recovery operations and allow for contract renewals of up to five additional years.
