Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solution

Minnesota State Colleges and Universities is seeking proposals for a modern, cloud-first Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution to replace legacy Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) systems. The platform must support over 3 million identities, integrate with Workday, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, D2L Brightspace, and other enterprise systems, and enable federated identity governance with delegated administration across 33 institutions. The solution will enhance security, streamline provisioning, support compliance (FERPA, MGDPA), and ensure readiness for the NextGen Student project rollout with Workday by 2027.
