Master Contract for IT Forensic Investigation Services

Minnesota State Colleges and Universities is soliciting proposals for master contracts to provide IT forensic investigation services. Selected vendors will provide rapid response, forensic analysis, malware analysis, memory capture, and incident remediation support across multiple operating systems. Services will ensure proper evidence handling and legal admissibility standards, with comprehensive reporting on findings. These contracts will be available to all 33 colleges, universities, and the system office to strengthen cybersecurity response capabilities.
