Enhanced Digital Drivers License (EDDL) and Central Issuance (Extended)

The State of New Jersey is soliciting proposals for an Enhanced Digital Driver’s License (EDDL) solution with central issuance services. The contract will run from January 31, 2026, through January 30, 2033. The scope includes software, hardware, biometric systems, ID card issuance, data conversion, testing, and hosted application services. Bidders must use the state-supplied price sheet and comply with NJ’s third-party information security questionnaire.
