Event Management Software (Updated)

The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) is conducting market research for event management software to support its annual conferences, including the Regional Equipment Operator’s Safety and Training Conference (“ROADEO”) and the Tennessee Drone and Advanced Air Mobility Symposium. The State seeks information on solutions similar to Cvent that can handle event registration, marketing, public-facing websites, mobile applications, speaker/content management, and on-site solutions such as QR-based check-ins and badge printing. Responses will help shape a future solicitation.
