WCM Secure Video Teleconferencing (SVT) System

The Minnesota Air National Guard (133rd Airlift Wing) seeks a contractor to provide and install a secure video teleconferencing (SVT) system. The procurement is a total small business set-aside and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract. Vendors are encouraged to propose multiple or innovative solutions that meet requirements, including system design, equipment capabilities, and integration with military communications. Evaluation will be based on best value, considering technical acceptability, past performance, design quality, delivery time, and price. A pre-proposal site visit was scheduled for August 19, 2025.
