Repair and Installation of Access Control Systems (FY26–FY31)

JEA seeks a qualified contractor to provide procurement, installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance for its enterprise-level AMAG Symmetry-based access control systems across multiple facilities. Services include supplying hardware, software, wiring, labor, testing, and emergency support, with all work performed by uniformed employees (no subcontracting permitted). The contract spans fiscal years 2026 through 2031 and includes both scheduled maintenance and emergency response. A mandatory pre-response meeting is scheduled for August 29, 2025.
