Removal, Purchase, and Installation of Video Surveillance System (VSS) – James Byrne Courthouse, Philadelphia, PA

The Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Protective Service is soliciting bids for the removal of an existing Video Surveillance System (VSS) and installation of a new turnkey IP-based system at the James Byrne Courthouse in Philadelphia, PA. The system will include an Avigilon (or equal) Network Video Management System with a minimum of 192TB storage, replacement of ten perimeter cameras with IP multi-sensor cameras, installation of three new cameras requiring poles and cabling, new client workstations with 4K monitors, upgraded switches, CAT7/8 cabling, and four-hour power backup. Work must result in a fully functional, standalone HD surveillance system meeting federal security standards.
