Audio Visual Upgrades at SPTC

DHSES is soliciting bids from certified NYS Minority- or Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MBEs/WBEs) to upgrade audio-visual systems at the State Preparedness Training Center (SPTC). The project includes removal of old equipment, installation of new A/V products, and provision of at least three years of maintenance services. An optional site visit is scheduled for September 11, 2025. Bidders must submit an all-inclusive project cost and required compliance documents to be considered responsive.
