Artificial Intelligence Communications - CECOMS

Cuyahoga County is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to explore artificial intelligence solutions for communication support in its countywide 911 system (CECOMS). The AI technology would initially be applied to administrative and non-emergency calls, with potential expansion to 911 emergency calls. Vendors with proven AI deployments in public safety and compatibility with off-the-shelf systems such as Motorola Vesta are invited to provide demonstrations of their technology.
