The Gilbert Prosecutor’s Office (GPO) is seeking proposals for a Prosecutor’s Record Management System (PRMS) to replace its current eProsecutor system. The PRMS must support case tracking, staff assignments, automated workflows, e-filing, evidence management, victims’ rights notifications, and integration with external systems (GPD, GMC FullCourt Enterprise, Evidence.com). The system should include data conversion of nearly 14 years of records from the existing ePros system. The GPO handles approximately 6,000 new misdemeanor cases annually and seeks a cloud-based, CJIS-compliant solution that improves efficiency and automates manual tasks.
