Civil Case Management System RFI

The City of Phoenix is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for a Civil Case Management System to support its Law Department. The envisioned system should manage case assignments, workflows, deadlines, alerts, and document tracking while integrating with Microsoft Office, NetDocuments, SAP, and other City systems. Input from respondents will be used to shape a future RFP, with no purchases or prequalification resulting from this RFI.
