Yolo County Sheriff's Office Public Safety Software Project

Yolo County is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive Records Management System (RMS) and Jail Management System (JMS) for the Sheriff's Office. The solution must integrate core law enforcement and detention functions, enhance data sharing, and meet strict technology security requirements. Vendor demonstrations will be conducted in December 2025, with the contract expected to start April 2026.
