TacMobile Increment 3 Capability System Engineering & Development

The Navy is seeking information from potential sources for TacMobile Increment 3, an advanced C4I system supporting the P-8A Poseidon aircraft and Intelligence Community. The effort involves engineering, manufacturing, integration, and testing of two Engineering Development Model (EDM) systems to support mission planning, C2, and ISR at Higher-Than-Secret classification. The anticipated period of performance is FY26–FY28, with work at contractor facilities and Navy sites. Responses must include capabilities, past performance with HTS C4I systems, staffing plans, and a rough order of magnitude estimate.
