Inclusionary Practices Technical Assistance Network (IPTN) Facilitation (Partially Tech) (Updated)

The Washington State OSPI is soliciting proposals to facilitate and expand the Inclusionary Practices Technical Assistance Network (IPTN), aimed at improving educational inclusion for Black students with IEPs and students with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The contractor will support strategic planning, coordinate technical assistance activities, engage member organizations and advisory groups, and enhance IPTN infrastructure such as website and communications. The contract is expected to run from November 17, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with potential renewals.
