Virtual Communication Training Platform for First Sergeants

The Air Force is seeking industry feedback on the development of a virtual communication training platform to support First Sergeants in improving interpersonal and professional communication. The program will train 100 learners over nine months, including a three-month development phase and six-month execution, with 10 customized modules tailored to the USAF context. Vendors are asked to review the statement of requirements and provide capability input.
