End to End Systems Management Center (E2E SMC)

USTRANSCOM is seeking small business sources for IT support services under the End to End Systems Management Center (E2E SMC). The scope includes Tier I/II call resolution, sustainment, and enhancement of ServiceNow ITSM software, along with integrations for DevOps, ITOM, ITAM, and Strategic Portfolio Management. Contractor support will be required to implement new workflows, maintain system health, and streamline enterprise IT service delivery.
