Network Support Services

The City of Pittsburgh seeks a vendor to provide network support services across more than 115 facilities, including public safety stations, parks, and administrative buildings. The scope includes support for the city's NetPGH fiber and Cisco-based network, including Fortinet firewalls, with tasks covering design, implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Services will be provided on a time-and-material basis for both on-site and remote engagements.
