Contract Management Tool RFI

The University of Minnesota Office of Information Technology has issued an RFI for a centralized contract management tool. The University currently uses shared Google Drive folders, which lack oversight, alerts, reporting, and analytics. The goal is to transition to a system that manages the full contract lifecycle, enhances compliance, and provides robust reporting and automation.
