Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying Software

The Newark Board of Education is soliciting proposals for a cloud-based software platform to manage harassment, intimidation, and bullying (HIB) cases, along with Title IX and behavioral threat assessments. The system must support electronic incident management, real-time reporting, role-based access, integration with existing student information systems, and multilingual accessibility. The platform will be implemented district-wide across approximately 66 schools serving 37,500 students.
