Human Capital Management System RFP

The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking proposals for a new Human Capital Management System (HCMS) through a COTS SaaS/cloud-based solution with full implementation services. The awarded vendor will provide software, customization, integrations, data migration, and training to support SUNY’s HR, payroll, and workforce management needs under a 5-year contract with an option to renew for an additional 5 years.
