Client Management System (CMS) Next Generation

The Pretrial Services Agency is seeking software development and integration services to modernize its Client Management System (CMS). The project includes system architecture, data governance, platform infrastructure, system security, and web components, while ensuring compatibility with existing Azure infrastructure. Modernization will be performed in phases with bridge development to maintain legacy system operations until full transition.
