Student Systems and Support Team Process Improvement

Seattle Public Schools is seeking proposals to evaluate and improve the Department of Technology Services (DoTS) Student Systems and Support Team. The selected firm will implement industry best practices, optimize team size and structure, enhance communication and collaboration, and define standardized SDLC and SLA processes. The project also requires foundational training by role and comprehensive documentation to support service delivery and project execution.
