Independent Study of Maryland’s Online IFSP and MOIEP Systems (Extended)

The Maryland State Department of Education is seeking a contractor to conduct an independent study of the Online Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and the Maryland Online Individualized Education Program (MOIEP) systems.
