Contract Management System Software

Westmoreland County Community College is seeking a cloud-based contract management system software to manage, process, create, and repository contracts for the Administrative Services Department. The system must include key functionality such as secure searchable repository, document upload/drag and drop, detailed reporting, template creation with version tracking, online negotiations with auto redline features, and workflow processing with automated notifications. The contract term is for three years with two optional one-year extensions at the college's discretion.
