Integrated Library System (ILS) (Extended)

The City of Baton Rouge and East Baton Rouge Parish are seeking proposals for an Integrated Library System to serve the public library system. The system will support library management across multiple branches. This RFP strongly encourages participation from Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (SEDBE). A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on September 4, 2025.
