Summary

The Quitman School District will accept sealed statements of qualifications (SOQ) and proposals from qualified firms/vendors to provide Managed Detection & Response (MDR) Antivirus Services under the Cybersecurity Pilot Program. This initiative is aimed at strengthening
the digital infrastructure of K-12 institutions. Bidders must have a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and include it on the bid proposal. All interested parties shall submit a signed, sealed SOQ and cost proposal on or before 10:00 AM local time, July 1, 2025, to the Quitman School District Central Office.

Proposals are being sought by the Quitman School District for the purpose of securing costefficient, enterprise-grade MDR Antivirus protection for all district-owned computing devices and servers. This service will be implemented under the federal Cybersecurity Pilot Program to enhance cyber resilience and data protection in public schools.
