The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific is seeking white papers and proposals for innovative research advancing C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance), information operations, cyberspace operations, and IT system technologies. The solicitation covers a broad range of developmental efforts including basic and applied research, advanced component development, and prototyping. It is open to contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and other transaction types.
