Learning Management System (LMS) for Workforce Solutions Gulf Coast

The Gulf Coast Workforce Board, through H-GAC, is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive LMS to serve the public workforce system across 13 counties in Texas. The solution will enhance training delivery and evaluation for 300,000–400,000 users and support Workforce Solutions staff in career development initiatives. It must provide scalability, ease of use, reporting capabilities, and integration with existing systems to meet the region’s workforce development goals.
