Unified Communications System

TARC is soliciting proposals for a fully integrated Unified Communications System (UCS) to replace its current infrastructure. The solution should be hosted/cloud-based and capable of delivering all communication functionalities required by the agency. Vendors will be required to perform a scripted demonstration of their proposed solution, emphasizing real-time technical and functional capabilities.
