Montgomery County seeks a turnkey, “state-of-the-art” vehicle weigh-scale management solution with integrated point-of-sale and shared billing/accounts receivable functionality across multiple refuse disposal sites and central administration. The system must be highly reliable, user-friendly for cashiers and scale operators, configurable by administrators for custom reporting (on-site or remote), and compliant with U.S. weights & measures and audit standards. Minimal custom development and maintenance are expected.
