Outsourced IT & Managed Services For a Three (3) Year Contract with Two (2) One (1) Year Options

Monroe County Transportation Authority is seeking a qualified Managed Service Provider for IT infrastructure and software system support under a three-year contract with two optional one-year extensions. The scope includes network and server support, desktop support, IT security (firewalls, encryption, monitoring), disaster recovery, cloud technologies, project management, and documentation services.
