Operating Room Scheduling Software (PeriOptimization)

The White River Junction VA Medical Center seeks to procure a comprehensive Operating Room Scheduling Software solution to optimize surgical scheduling and perioperative resource management. The software must provide automated scheduling, real-time updates, resource optimization, integration with existing hospital systems (including VISTA/CPRS), and support scheduling inside and outside of the operating room. The project includes equipment delivery, installation, configuration, training, and a minimum 1-year warranty.
