Summary

The Library of Congress is soliciting proposals for contractor support to maintain and upgrade its Business Enterprises (BE) ERP system currently running on NCR Voyix Counterpoint v8.5.7, with a transition to v8.6 or later. The BE unit operates three independent business lines—Retail, Cataloging Distribution Service, and Duplication Services—that require separate customer databases, product catalogs, order histories, and reporting. 
The contractor must: 
  • Maintain existing BE operations in Counterpoint.
  • Upgrade to v8.6 (or latest supported version in hybrid environment).
  • Provide annual licenses, POS stations (remote and stationary), warranties, and training.
  • Implement optional CRM enhancements (segmentation, marketing campaigns, buyer behavior tracking, multi-location inventory).
  • Support hybrid hosting (on-prem + cloud).
