Summary

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), through NCATS, is conducting market research for a secure cloud-based platform-as-a-service (PaaS) to support the National Clinical Cohort Collaborative (N3C) Data Enclave. The solution must handle large-scale clinical, genomic, imaging, and bioscience data; provide FedRAMP-authorized hosting (minimum Moderate); support advanced AI/ML research workflows; and enable secure, multi-tenant collaboration. Vendors must demonstrate capability across professional services (cloud hosting, integration, training) and software requirements (data ingestion, provenance tracking, APIs, governance, analytics, and scalability). This is a sources sought notice only to help NIH determine acquisition strategy.
