Telecommunications Backup Power

The Library of Congress is seeking proposals for service, support, and maintenance of telecommunications backup power systems. The scope includes DC power plants, batteries, inverters, UPS systems, and associated wiring, with a requirement of at least eight hours of backup for voice telecommunications equipment. The contract covers multiple facilities across Washington, DC, and Maryland, with full maintenance replacement at no additional cost to the Library.
