Document Management System

Spotsylvania County is soliciting proposals for a modern Document Management System (DMS) to replace its 20-year-old Metafile platform. The new system must streamline workflows, integrate with IBM iSeries (AS400), Central Square Trakit, and Avenity Revenue One, and support OCR, compliance, and retention policies. A major data migration effort is required to move existing archives, clean up legacy folder structures, and ensure fast, compliant access to documents across all county departments.
